| Service Description: | 345 Springfield has exclusive use of an idyllic setting in The Grove, on the edge of Alexandra Park. The indoor space is warm and colourful: displays of the children's work cover the walls. There is a cosy book corner with beanbags and chairs, a delightful playhouse with a very well equipped kitchen and plenty of room for table and floor-based activities. In addition to the activities available every day, such as playdough, drawing, painting and sand play, a special activity, which might be baking, woodwork or a seasonal craft activity is offered at each session. Springfield is blessed with exceptional outdoor space, which is perfect for active games, there is a paved area for bikes and buggies, which can be used all year. There is a huge sandpit and even a rowing boat at the bottom of the garden, which is a springboard for all sorts of imaginary adventures! The children have some outdoor play even in the depths of winter, and in fine weather entire sessions are held in the garden. |
