Our childcare setting, Little Explorers Childcare & Education, is a unique, home-based hybrid environment that combines the warmth and familiarity of a family home with the professional structure of an EYFS, Montessori-inspired nursery. We provide exceptional care and education for children from three months onwards, offering a true home-away-from-home where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn.

Little Explorers was created by working parents who recognised the need for nurturing, flexible, and family-focused childcare. Our vision is deeply rooted in personal experience, professional expertise, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.

We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, enriched by Montessori principles that promote independence, curiosity, and confidence through play-based, child-led learning. Children benefit from close, individualised care within a calm, stimulating, and supportive environment.
We offer freshly prepared home-cooked meals, celebrate cultural and community events, and provide a rich programme of outdoor learning, educational outings, and weekly enrichment sessions, including phonics, maths, languages, music, yoga, and sports.
