Quality assurance is paramount to us, ttis is why we invest in delivering high standard staff training and development to our staff, so that parents can be assured that their children are receiving outstanding early years education, childcare and development. The nursery provides care that effectivley caters for the needs of children at the early years foundation stage. Effective planning systems are in place and help to provide a range of experiences that promote children's learning and development overall. Detailed written policies and procedures are mostly well implemented and positive steps are taken to safeguard children and promote thier well-being.
Engagement with parents and other professionsal helps the nursery to effectively support children's individual needs and to maintain continous improvement.
