Service Description:
The Adolescent and Children's Trust was set up in 1992 in response to changes in child care policy. We provide home-based caring in the form of fostering. We are one of the UK's leading children's charities. We provide child-centred care, which means that we place children and young people at the heart of our work, and make sure that the services and care they receive meets their individual needs.
