Information

This portal is for applying for an In-Year place – current Reception to Year 6 in primary school and current Year 7 to 11 in secondary school. Applications for Reception, junior, Year 7 and 14-19 places starting next academic year must be made via a different process.

Only Lambeth community schools and Oasis Academy Johanna can be applied for using the portal. Applications for other Lambeth schools need to be made to the school directly using their own form. Applications for schools in other boroughs need to be made in accordance with their processes.

Applications can be made for children who live in any borough.

Applications must be completed by the person who has parental responsibility for the child and live with them

More details about the in-year process can be found on our In-Year webpages

Documentation
Every application must be accompanied by the required proof of address and date of birth documentation

If your child is on the register at a London state school, you must also attach a Lambeth In-Year Transfer Form. This form needs to be downloaded and completed by you and a senior member of the school your child is on the register of before the application is made.

You can attach to the application other relevant documentation, e.g. Medical/social items or confirmation of ‘Looked After’ status.

All documentation should be attached to the application before the form is submitted or soon after via schooladmissions@lambeth.gov.uk (though this is not secure), or by using the scan station at the Lambeth Customer Service Centre (via appointment), or by post. Documents can be scanned and attached, or a clear photograph of the document can be uploaded.

If after reading the information on our webpage you have any questions, please email schooladmissions@lambeth.gov.uk
