This is a voluntary, non-profit organisation, which aims to work in the prevention of psychological crisis and the promotion of emotional and mental wellbeing in the Spanish and Portuguese speaking community in the UK.
In addition, the organisation especialises in crisis intervention and promoting integration of the communities we serve. One of the key service we provide is a phone line operation to help people in the community, who are experiencing emotional crisis.

We provide a supportive and confidential atmosphere. We also provide workshops, courses and programmes in order to help people to overcome isolation, low self-esteem, depression, stress and family problems; such as, domestic violence and divorce. We also provide courses in paenting, personal development for teeangers, anger management, learning to live with chronic illnesses and disability, as well as assertiveness training.

We welcome volunteers and in return for their time, we provide training and a welcoming environment.
