Service Description:Upset?? Frustrated?? Stressed?? Hard finding time to think about all those nagging problems? Finding it too difficult to explain how worried you’re feeling?
It is not unusual to feel you need help with a problem, as even with support from family and friends you may feel they are just too close to the problem or maybe you don’t ever really feel heard. If so, we can help you.
No problem is too small or too large for us to discuss. From all walks of life - parents, singles, grandparents, spouses, partners, teenagers or lone adults - many find their life difficult to cope with.
For many people talking to someone about a problem is like opening a door and it puts you back in control of what’s bothering you.
Callers to our Family Helpline are often surprised to hear that they are not alone in a particular situation and didn’t realise how much they needed to talk.
