We feel passionately about providing employability opportunities and support to our community. Young people in London are often not aware of the career opportunities in farming and food and that’s where we come in. We provide a number of programmes and initiatives to show people that living in the city doesn’t stop you from pursuing a career in farming, agriculture and food.

• New Shoots supports unemployed young people aged 16 to 25 years old - 3 days a week, for 4 weeks. Lunch provided and travel reimbursed.
• The Kickstart Scheme has new job placements for 16 to 24 year olds
