Welcome to Fats Fitness located in Stockwell and covering the whole South London area. An affordable health and fitness service designed to suit each persons needs for people of all ages.

Whether you want to lose weight, tone up or just feel a little fitter, from beginners to the more experienced person Fats Fitness will take you to the next level of fitness and will work with you to meet your fitness goals.

Fats Fitness will create a bespoke fitness regime for you, enhance your lean body mass, teach client specific exercises, decrease your body fat percentage, strengthen your muscles and train your cardiovascular system. You will notice a new-found motivation to stay with an exercise programme and will gain a better quality of life.

You can be self trained or train with me. Personal training sessions can be at your home, place of work, outdoors or in the gym, in a group or with a friend or partner or on a one to one basis.
