Mentor was born from the passionate conviction that prevention is better than cure. Treating people for alcohol and drug misuse is vitally important. But it is even more important to do all we can to protect young people in the first place. We nurture their knowledge, skills, self-confidence and ambition to encourage them to enjoy life, achieve and take important social roles.
