Organisation Of Blind African And Caribbeans':
Ensures visually impaired African Caribbean people have access to relevant services, influence policy and decision makers, to enable them to overcome barriers preventing them becoming active members of the community. Areas covered include support services, poverty and employment, immigration and leisure. We also offering a direct payments advocacy service.
