ABOUT ME
Hello, my name is Marcia RUSSELL. I am an Ofsted registered child-minder rated ''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''Good'''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' in 2023 and a member of the Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years (PACEY). I have 20 years’ experience as being a youth worker. As a registered child-minder I thrive to provide an excellent service that meets parent’s needs whilst maintaining a safe, caring, loving, innovative and creative learning environment for the children. I have a large home with a spacious garden and plenty of indoor and outdoor activities. To enhance the quality of service I provide I have a small team of childminder assistants. I regularly visit local parks and toddler groups with the children. I cater for special dietary needs. My setting provides a breakfast club facility as that would ensure children have a healthy start for the day before school. I offer childcare services 4 days per week; Tuesdays to Fridays. You are welcomed to come along for a visit and have your names put onto the waiting list as availability is on a ''''''''First come, first served basis.'''''''' My working hours are 8am to 6.00pm. To enhance your child''''s learning and social experience, we regularly visit local parks, play groups, libraries, and a lot of fun packed activities for outdoors and indoors.

MY EXPERIENCE
Experienced as an Ofsted registered childminder and a member of the Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years (PACEY). Provide an excellent service that meet the parent''s needs whilst maintaining a safe, caring, loving, innovative and creative learning environment for their children. Always promote a safe, caring environment and promote an inclusion policy. Professional, caring and look after the well-being of children. Endeavour to meet the needs of children''s welfare, learning and development requirements outlined in the Early Years Framework. During March 2000 to June 2023, I completed my working experience at a nursery, where I trained as an apprentice for my Continuing Professional Development (CPD) which in turn enhanced my experience and qualifications.
